Krishna Ravi

Managing director, founder

Krishna Ravi is at the helm of the company and is responsible to set down the objectives & goals, imprint the organisational culture & system, and ensure Build Clean’s good standing performance. Essentially, he spearheads the overall strategic direction of the company.

He has been in the industry since 1976 and has been holding senior managerial positions in other cleaning companies prior to setting up Build Clean. Equipped with more than 44 years’ of experience, KR has played an integral role in providing commending cleaning services to various MNCs, PLCs and GLCs.

Being the Managing Director since 1983, his experience is indispensable and brings wisdom to the company. The acquaintance acquired and business relationships forged throughout the years would steer Build Clean to greater success and stamp its brand within the industry.

Ibi Anak Uding

Executive Director, Co-founder

Ibi Uding is entrusted to check and balance the actions made by other executives and also ensure decisions are made based on the best interests of Build Clean’s stakeholders. She does not actively participate in the daily operations of the business but is involved in policymaking and planning tasks.

Ibi is a spirited entrepreneur, with vast experience in various industries i.e. food & beverages, retail, services, plantation, and land development. She played an essential role in setting up Build Clean and implemented a ‘hands-on approach’ within the organisation culture.

With over 34 years of experience in managing businesses under her belt, this will provide diversity and ‘outside the box’ perspective to the company’s operations. Her workaholic characteristics and business insights would boost Build Clean towards accomplishing its short and long term goals.

Arvin Shanker

Director of operations

Arvin Shanker is the person in charge to manage the day-to-day operations of the company. He shoulders the duties in overseeing the administrative and operational tasks are executed in accordance with the company’s short and long term goals. He is responsible for all internal affairs, besides supervising the performance of the operation executives, supervisors and cleaners.  

Arvin holds a Diploma in Motorsports Engineering from TOC, graduating top 3 in his batch. He served as a motorsport engineer in 2013 and as a management trainee thereafter, under the tutelage of Build Clean’s MD. In 2017, he was appointed as Director of Operations and is in charge of the operations for over 80 ongoing projects.

His charisma and authoritative demeanour is essential in ensuring Build Clean’s smooth operations. The ‘open approach’ adopted enables clients to communicate with him directly to address any operational issues.

Andeleon Harish

Director of business development

Andeleon Harish is the executive in charge for developing new ideas and pursuing business leads for the growth of the company. Building sustainable relationships with existing clients and forging new business ventures with potential customers are part of his tasks in accordance with Build Clean’s objectives.

He holds a Bachelor of Law (LLB) from Cardiff University and has served as a management trainee of Build Clean since 2013, under the tutelage of the MD. In 2018, he was then appointed as Director of Business Development.
